Works of Dominik Jakšič are composed in a synthesis of the tradition and modernism, which is being shown in the unique expression and lyricism. Born in 1995, Jakšič is a composer who always wants to tell a story to the listeners, when his music is giving off universal emotions.

His opus contains more than a hundred works and is spread wide across the genres, including lieders, piano music, works for string quartet, string orchestra, large-scale symphony orchestra, to stage works and cantatas.
